🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Support and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure) ✅ Install, configure, and troubleshoot switches, routers, and firewalls ✅ Provide system and network troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution ✅ Manage CCTV and access control systems ✅ Implement and maintain network security best practices ✅ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and fixes ✅ Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

🧰 Key Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in IT support or network/system administration

• Strong command of Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms
