Job Description

Monitor alarm reports from the OMC system and handle alarms, primarily for BSS, NPO, Power, and MW teams.

Analyze alarms for abnormal events and prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports.

Communicate with the Customer NOC team to receive real-time updates on abnormal events and provide RCA.

Job Requirements

University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.

Multi-vendor experience and swap experience are a plus.
