• Proficiency in sourcing tools: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
