🔧 Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NOC Engineer to join our dynamic remote team. You will play a vital role in network performance monitoring, incident response, and system optimization to ensure the high availability and reliability of enterprise systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using industry-standard tools

• Diagnose and resolve network/system issues proactively and reactively

• Follow strict incident management and escalation protocols

• Maintain accurate network/system documentation

• Implement network changes per change management policies

• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents

• Analyze performance data for optimization and improvement

• Provide support during emergencies and disaster recovery

• Other responsibilities as assigned

📚 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in enterprise-level NOC environments

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, VPN

• Hands-on experience with tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK

• Solid grasp of incident management processes and troubleshooting methodologies

• Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills

• 
  

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with VoIP troubleshooting & security best practices

• Understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

• Exposure to SDN & network virtualization

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL

•

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7 coverage)

• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
