✅ Key Responsibilities:• Network Operations & Support• Hardware and Network troubleshooting• Coordination with OEM support teams• Hands-on experience with Juniper Switches, Juniper Routers, Firewalls (FortiGate & Juniper), TACACS, and RADIUS• Managing LAN & Fiber Connectivity, Passive Networking Components• Collaboration with Customers, Project Managers, Service Providers, and Hardware Vendors for SLA-based resolution
