🖥️ Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems

• Install, configure, and maintain OS and applications

• Assist with server, network, and security infrastructure management

• Support end-users with IT queries and training

• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operations

• Maintain proper IT documentation and inventory tracking
  

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk roles

• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Active Directory, and Office 365

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
