🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support.
Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware components.
Set up and support Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Printer configuration and issue resolution.
Perform network troubleshooting (CCNA-level expertise preferred).
Interact directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
✅ Eligibility & Skills:
B.E. in Electronics & Communication (ECE).
Networking Certification (CCNA or CCNP is mandatory).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of hardware and networking concepts.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
