🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support.

• Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware components.

• Set up and support Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

• Printer configuration and issue resolution.

• Perform network troubleshooting (CCNA-level expertise preferred).

• Interact directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
  

✅ Eligibility & Skills:

• B.E. in Electronics & Communication (ECE).

• Networking Certification (CCNA or CCNP is mandatory).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of hardware and networking concepts.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
