🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Configure and maintain network hardware – routers, switches, wireless access points ✅ Manage Switching/Wireless technologies ✅ Understand and work with Broadcast/Collision Domains ✅ Configure HSRP / VRRP, implement STP and OSPF protocols ✅ Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues ✅ Apply network security protocols and best practices ✅ Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades ✅ Collaborate with IT teams for network integration projects.

🎓 Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer (5+ years preferred)

• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching protocols

• Hands-on experience with networking devices (Cisco, HP, etc.)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP are an added advantage
