• Desktop Engineer L1: ₹26,000

• Desktop Engineer L2: ₹32,000

📝 Open Positions:

• Desktop Engineer L1 – 3 positions (3 years of experience)

• Desktop Engineer L2 – 2 positions (4 years of experience)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software

• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1/Level 2 desktop issues

• Install and configure OS, applications, and peripherals

• Support network connectivity and access control

• Collaborate with IT teams for escalations and issue resolution

• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions

✅ Requirements:

• Relevant desktop support experience (3–4 years based on role)

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

• Willing to work on-site at Dahej, Bharuch

• Immediate availability
