🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows-based environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Handle user account setups, permissions, and access control.
Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain documentation.
✅ Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be an immediate joiner.
