🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows-based environments.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

• Handle user account setups, permissions, and access control.

• Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain documentation.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support roles.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
