• Basic knowledge of OS installation and BitLocker encryption

• Experience with hardware assembly & upgrades

• Configure, back up, restore, and troubleshoot MS Outlook

• Basic understanding of network printer setup and troubleshooting

• Install and maintain various standard software tools

• Perform antivirus updates and manage virus protection

• Provide remote support for software-related issues

• Strong interest in IT troubleshooting and desktop support
