🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support through a ticketing system

• Deliver remote, telephonic, and onsite technical support for systems, applications, networks, printers, etc.

• Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records

• Troubleshoot issues in Windows OS, MS Office, and company-specific applications

• Handle user account provisioning/deprovisioning, tracking, and equipment usage reporting

• Manage IT procurement, forecasting, and vendor coordination

• Ensure quick turnaround using spare IT inventory

• Deliver basic user training on OS and applications

• Maintain technical and user documentation

• Perform server rack and network cabinet maintenance, tagging, and patching

• Troubleshoot and fix network faults (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, subnetting)

• Provide complete desktop support

• Work with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Android, and Apple devices

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support

• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts
