🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Entra ID, and security events

• Administer ADFS, DNS, Group Policies, and identity federation

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview, Defender XDR, Conditional Access, and MFA

• Administer Azure Identity services and hybrid identity models

• Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes

✅ Must-Have Skills

🔹 Strong expertise in Active Directory (User Management, DNS, Trusts, PKI, Entra ID)

🔹 Experience with Microsoft Security Tools – Purview, Defender XDR, Conditional Access

🔹 Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware, and Veeam Backup

🔹 Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and management
