📍 Location: Wayanad & Calicut

📅 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

💼 Role: Network Engineer (Full-Time)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🛠 Network Infrastructure Management

• Monitor and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and connectivity

• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN issues

• Configure and support SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud network integrations

• Optimize and analyze network performance regularly

• Ensure network security & compliance with organizational policies

🌐 ISP Support & Coordination

• Act as primary contact for ISP escalations and troubleshooting

• Handle last-mile connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution

• Validate ISP invoices, contracts, and SLAs

• Maintain escalation matrix and contact documentation for all ISPs

🚨 Incident Management & Escalation

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network and connectivity issues

• Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing

• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately

📊 Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain incident logs and generate reports on uptime, latency, and performance

• Track inventory of all networking hardware and ISP connections

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

• CCNA/CCNP or similar certifications

• Experience with VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and firewall configuration

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VLANs

• Strong coordination and communication skills for managing ISP relations

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with tools like PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds

• Background in IT infrastructure and vendor management
