🔍 Role Overview

We are urgently hiring a NAC Support Engineer experienced in Forescout or similar NAC solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing deployed NAC systems, ensuring endpoint compliance, supporting policy enforcement, and coordinating with internal teams and OEMs for issue resolution.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage & monitor deployed NAC solutions (Forescout)

✅ Ensure endpoint agents report to management servers as per SLAs

✅ Handle blocking/unblocking of user devices per customer policy

✅ Troubleshoot NAC-related issues and liaise with OEMs when needed

✅ Monitor and act on policy violations and compliance reports

✅ Perform backup, restore, and maintenance of NAC servers

✅ Generate compliance and audit reports on demand

✅ Coordinate with local helpdesk for endpoint remediation

✅ Maintain and apply URL filtering policies per customer needs

✅ Fine-tune security rules, policies, and procedures

✅ Keep proxy signatures up-to-date

✅ Control end-user web access via console (users/groups/time/bandwidth/etc.)

✅ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
