🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
✅ BE / B.Tech in relevant field
✅ Strong knowledge of IP protocols: OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, QoS
✅ Subnetting, routing, switching, network security & optimization
✅ 1–2 years of experience in IP network monitoring (preferred)
✅ Familiarity with tools like EPNM, DCNM, Nokia NFM-T
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Relevant certifications: CCNA, Network+, ITIL
