🧑‍💻 Role Overview

HCLTech is hiring a Network Engineer with a strong foundation in Routing & Switching, hands-on experience with Cisco devices, and the ability to test, simulate, and troubleshoot real-world networking scenarios. If you're passionate about building and validating complex network topologies, this opportunity is for you!

🔧 Key Skills & Requirements :

✅ Routing & Switching (L2/L3) protocols and Cisco configurations ✅ Experience with Cisco hardware: Catalyst (1K–9K), ASR, APs, WLC, IE, Nexus, ISR, UCS ✅ Protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, RIP v2 ✅ L2 Technologies: VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP ✅ Certifications: CCNP required, CCIE preferred ✅ Hands-on experience in Lab Topology setups & NMS – Solution Testing ✅ Able to simulate customer setups & execute test plans and end-to-end use cases ✅ Skilled in troubleshooting complex network configuration issues ✅ Familiar with Agile methodology – collaborating with teams, customers & PLM ✅ Experience in NMS application deployment and testing
