Key Experience:

• Prior exposure to DLP products, ideally at least two from Symantec DLP, McAfee CASB, and MIP data classification products

• Experience in managing DLP policies and guidelines

• Excellent documentation and task management skills (e.g., Confluence, Jira, etc.)

• Experience in applying Agile processes would be beneficial

• Experience in working with Audit, Second Line of Defense, and external regulators

• Strong customer-focused engagement and delivery skills (this is a key customer-facing role)

• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead DLP governance meetings with stakeholders, including Audit teams

• Formal education in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated work experience)

• A proven track record of making impactful business decisions, considering risks, long-term implications, commercial realities, and stakeholder needs
