🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

• Implement and oversee data security protocols, regular backups, and disaster recovery plans.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access control.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for seamless support.

• Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
